摘要: This article uses theoretical discourses on risk to engage in a review of cultural and religious concepts that challenge the achievement universal access water, sanitation hygiene (WASH) Sub-Saharan Africa. In review, complex WASH behaviours evolve relation dominant situated experiences, often nested beliefs values, which tend complicate risks limit attainment coverage subregion. The argues framing problems purely with respect socio-economic limitations fails account for contextual triggers behaviours, making intervention programmes less likely succeed.
