摘要: Points essentiels L’arret cardiaque inopine, ou mort subite de l’adulte est responsable pres 50 000 deces par an en France. La defibrillation automatisee externe realisee le public ameliore la survie des victimes. mise a disposition du defibrillateurs automatises externes peut etre sous 2 formes : un « libre-service » ou l’intermediaire d’un personnel designe. L’efficacite programme repose sur choix judicieux lieu defibrillateurs. formation n’est pas obligatoire, mais apprentissage rapide l’utilisation materiel et reanimation cardiopulmonaire necessaire. Elle doit proposee population forme formations minimales gratuites campagnes d’information. Cette minimale se resume 3 actions : (1) donner l’alerte aux secours organises 15, (2) realiser les compressions thoraciques (massage externe), (3) brancher defibrillateur suivre instructions l’appareil jusqu’a l’arrivee secours. Les programmes comprennent systematiquement une organisation maintenance permettant verifier intervalles reguliers parfait etat fonctionnement evaluation qualite qui recueil cas traites
