摘要: The Year of Polar Prediction, initiated by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) and taking place between mid-2017 mid-2019, attracts considerable attention to polar forecasting. However, our knowledge what information is really needed at end forecast chain rather limited. In particular, important insights into use environmental forecasts users operating in regions are often restricted relatively small audiences, such as participants specific science meetings.
