摘要: VLF emissions, observed in satellites orbiting above the ionosphere, have their origin energetic particle fluxes as well terrestrial thunderstorms (whistlers). Manmade signals from transmitters are also detected. Their study throws light on important role of wave-particle interactions dynamics magnetosphere and they can be useful a diagnostic tool for magnetospheric structure, especially vicinity plasmapause.
