摘要: The defect sites on chemical vapor deposition grown graphene are investigated through the selective electrochemical (SED) of Au nanoparticles. For SED nanoparticles, an engineered potential pulse is applied to working electrode versus reference electrode, thereby highlighting sites, which more reactive relative pristine surface. Most decorated by nanoparticles situated along Cu grain boundaries, implying that origin defects lies in synthesis uneven layers rough
