摘要: In Either, Or as well in the Stages on Life’s Way, Kierkegaard defined various stages of moral reasoning, mainly pre-ethical stage, aesthetic ethical and religious stage. The stage is focusing social acceptability, so that personal morality must be accordance with prevailing standards good/evil (cf. David Hume). self-interest philosophical egoism: Smith, Hobbes, Spinoza), thus private (excluding any public morality). puts emphasis (universal principles, values) could give birth to universalism (Kant). implies a deep relationship Infinite (God), every issue interpreted out decision-maker’s faith. this chapter, we will use Kierkegaard’s notions ethical/aesthetic life order unveil ways morally assess phenomenon money laundering. Morally assessing laundering requires grasp inner structure itself. We have attitudes (aesthetic vs ethical) toward launderers, given they get from drug trade, smuggling extortion introduced national (legitimate) economy.
