摘要: It has been well documented that matrine, a tetracyclo-quinolizindine alkaloid, possessed positive inotropic effect. However, the underlying mechanisms at cellular and ion channel levels have not completely clarified. Therefore, present study was designed to identify target of effect matrine. Guinea pig papillary muscles were used contractile force heart ventricular myocytes L-type calcium (ICa-L) intracellular concentration ([Ca2+]i). In electrically driven muscles, matrine enhanced in dose-dependent manner inhibited by alpha- beta-adrenergic receptor antagonists. myocytes, also increased ICa-L shifted inactivation curve toward right. Matrine markedly KCl-induced elevations [Ca2+]i. conclusion, might be main [Ca2+]i stimulating exerted effects on guinea muscles.
