摘要: Successful weight reduction through lifestyle modification has been shown to improve menstrual regulation and reproductive outcomes in women with PCOS. The optimal diet for an individual PCOS must not only encompass the short-term goals of management fertility but also take into account long-term risk factors associated this population, such as type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, heart disease. While numerous studies have assessed relevance macronutrients diets restricted one food group or another, data providing conclusive evidence superiority specific over other are lacking. Overall, balance existing supports a moderate carbohydrates, high fiber, respect poly- monounsaturated fats, emphasis on lean sources protein, conducive overall improved health parameters Incorporation regular exercise daily routines demonstrated positive impact clinical picture Therefore, include strategies exercise, aimed at optimizing improving insulin sensitivity, target spectrum PCOS-related concerns.
