摘要: Abstract Due to the fact biological processes occur in an aqueous environment, interactions between biomolecules and water are of fundamental importance. Among these proton transfer is intriguing essential process, which carried out through a coordinated cooperative motion molecules. Here, we use dielectric spectroscopy measure relative permittivity loss for different amino acid solutions region low frequencies (100 Hz–1 MHz). We found that case l -glutamic there fast charge possibly facilitated wires. A similar behaviour obtained ovalbumin where important constituent. Our findings could shed light improve our understanding water-biomolecules interactions, drive main functions cell.
