摘要: Pretreating lignocellulosic biomass with certain ionic liquids results in structural and chemical changes that make the more digestible by enzymes. In this study, pine wood was pretreated 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride/acetate ([C2 mim]Cl [C2 mim][OAc]) at different temperatures to investigate relative importance of substrate features, such as accessible surface area, cellulose crystallinity, lignin content, on enzymatic digestibility. The liquid pretreatments resulted glucan conversions ranging from 23% 84% saccharification substrates, mim][OAc] being effective than mim]Cl. no delignification wood, some loss crystallinity under conditions, varying levels increased area. Enzymatic digestibility closely correlated area porosity measurements obtained using Simons' staining thermoporosimetry techniques. Increased identified principal feature responsible for improved
