摘要: Novel methods and apparati for continuous production of aligned carbon nanotubes are disclosed. In one aspect, the method comprises dispersion a metal catalyst in liquid hydrocarbon to form feed solution, volatilizing solution reactor through which substrate is continuously passed allow growth thereon. another apparatus reactor, tube-within-a-tube injector, conveyor belt passing reactor. The present invention further discloses restricting external diameter produced thereby comprising injector tubing specified diameter, followed by an inert, porous medium. this provide means producing particular suitable large scale industrial setting.
