摘要: Abstract Background Uric acid (UA) is the only biomedical indicator for gout in clinic that always leads to an uncertain diagnose. Due lack of reliable metabolites, it now already highly desirable diagnose definitely. Methods Metabonomics was employed screen and identify novel biomarkers based on human serum urine. High performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) orthogonal signal correction partial least squares discriminate analysis (OSC-PLS-DA) were also used metabonomics study. Results Several potential including uric acid, creatinine, tryptophan guanosine, hippuric urine, respectively screened identified. For predictive levels about OSC-PLS-DA models controls 95.76% 100%, seriousness disease 90.32% 87.5%, respectively. Conclusion Compared with intermittent gout, acute shows clearly dysfunctions purine, protein glucose metabolism. The metabolizing guanosine UA increases at stage. Our research contributes a better understanding metabolic mechanism allowing targeted therapy different stages.
