摘要: The identification of HER2 overexpression in a subset gastric adenocarcinoma (GA) patients represents significant step forward unveiling the molecular complexity this disease. predictive and prognostic value amplification advanced inhibitor-treated GA has been investigated. However, its resectable remains elusive. We enrolled 98 treatment-naive Chinese with assessed using IHC. Capture-based targeted sequencing panel consisting 41 gastrointestinal cancer-related genes was performed on tumor tissues. Furthermore, we also investigated correlation between copy number (CN) survival outcomes. Of HER2-overexpressed patients, 90 had CN next-generation sequencing, achieving 92% concordance. most commonly seen concurrent mutations were occurring TP53, EGFR PIK3CA. found as continuous variable an independent predictor associated DFS (p = 0.029). Our study revealed CN-high showed trend intestinal-type predominant (p = 0.075) older age (p = 0.07). median 15.34, which used to divide cohort into CN-low groups. Patients high significantly shorter than low (p = 0.002). categorical patients. elucidated mutation spectrum HER2-positive association DFS. work risk factor predicted unfavorable prognosis allowed us further stratify for disease management.
