摘要: Objective The purpose of this study was to analyze the variability clopidogrel responses according duration a drug regimen after stent-assisted coil embolization (SAC), and determine correlation between thromboembolic or hemorrhagic complications. Methods A total 47 patients who underwent SAC procedures treat unruptured intracranial aneurysms were enrolled in study. Preoperatively, received more than seven days aspirin (100 mg) (75 mg), daily. P2Y12 reaction unit (PRU) checked with VerifyNow test one day before procedure (pre-PRU) month (post-PRU). PRU calculated as difference initial response follow-up response. Patients sorted into two groups based on their treatment : responsive hypo-responsive. Results significantly greater hypo-responsive group when compared (p=0.019). Pre-PRU serum platelets counts correlated variation (p=0.005 p=0.004, respectively). Although complication had no significant factors, pre-PRU (p=0.033). Conclusion In conclusion, during medication platelet Thromboembolic complications did not show response, medication; however, associated Therefore, it is recommended for an only, further tests would be insignificant.
