摘要: A genomic library of Acetobacter aceti DNA was constructed by using a broad-host-range cosmid vector. Complementation spontaneous alcohol dehydrogenase-deficient mutant resulted in the isolation plasmid designated pAA701. Subcloning and deletion analysis pAA701 limited region that complemented deficiency dehydrogenase activity mutant. The nucleotide sequence this determined showed contained full structural gene for 72-kilodalton subunit enzyme complex. predicted amino acid homology with sequences methanol genes Paracoccus denitrificans Methylobacterium organophilum.
