摘要: The biochemical composition of stems, pod walls and roots oilseed rape (Brassica napus L.) plants, grown in a growth chamber with two levels N fertiliser, was assessed by global methods, i.e., serial extraction the Van Soest's technique temperature-programmed pyroanalysis (TP-Py). Statistical analysis effect various parameters on proportion soluble components, hemicellulose, cellulose lignin-like components organs showed that plant materials depended nutrition conditions during growth. Contents hemicellulose fractions were affected used. Elsewhere, both techniques resulted similar proportions skeletal (respectively 41 36% low high 37 30% walls, 32 29% roots) which ranged from about 7% stems to 16% roots. Spectroscopy FTIR significant band at 1650 cm−1 (amide I proteins) root material (organ lowest C/N ratio) absence lignin-specific bands. Carbon distribution 13C NMR CP/MAS labelled plants indicated 60–64% (cellulose + hemicellulose)-C, close values obtained methods. aromatic-C (110–160 ppm) phenolic ether higher than walls. Organs contents exhibited larger C 171 ppm chemical shift attributed peptide bond. concomitance level aromatic proteinaceous would reveal presence tannin–protein complexes addition true lignin.
