摘要: Nitrite (NO2 −) is a ubiquitous inorganic pollutant presented in the food industry and drinking water. In addition, NO2 − as toxic contaminant probably threaten human health by producing N-nitrosamines with highly carcinogenic. Voltammetric biosensing considered most promising approach because it offers fast, reliable, low-cost detection. this article, cobalt (II) phthalocyanine (CoPc) was immobilized on multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), then glassy electrode (GCE) an electrochemical senor toward nitrite using voltammetric technique. Consequently, differential pulse voltammogram (DPV) employed for determination, which reached linear dynamic range of 0.01 to 1050.0 mM detection limit (LOD) 2.11 μM. Such excellent performance ascribed synergistic effect between CoPc MWCNT, indicating promise applying CoPc/MWCNTs@GCE practical bio-sensing applications.
