摘要: Extremely bright X-ray lasers are becoming a promising tool for 3D imaging of biomolecules. By hitting beam streaming particles with very short burst high energy and collecting the resulting scattering pattern, structure can be deduced. The computational complexity associated transforming data thus collected into intensity map is calls efficient data-parallel implementations.
