摘要: Abstract The quasi-biennial oscillation, QBO, a well known periodicity in the equatorial stratospheric zonal winds, is also found ionospheric parameters and solar geomagnetic activity indices. Many authors speculated about link between QBO atmospheric parameters. In this work we analyze presence of ionosphere using Vertical Total Electron Content (VTEC) values obtained from Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) measurements during period 1999–2012. particular, used IONEX files, i.e. International GNSS Service (IGS) products. provide VTEC around world at 2-h intervals. From these data compute global averages different local times mid latitudes. Extreme Ultra Violet (EUV) flux time series are analyzed wavelet multi resolution analysis. all cases detected among other expected periodicities. Since main source variation free electrons F2 region, where maximum concentration occurs, EUV radiation, conclude that most important cause attributable to variability flux. Both QBOs observed vary phase. percentage total signal photoionization 15% independent magnetic latitude while respective energy for 18%.
