摘要: In an address delivered before the Section of Dermatology Royal Society Medicine in London 1924, A. Civatte (1) described what he considered primary histological lesion psoriasis and seborrheic eczema. He advocated separating two diseases including dermatitis “eczema” group, because histologic events, while similar, included spongiosis derma-tisis, but not psoriasis.According to Civatte, event is exudate polymorphonuclear leukocytes serum from tip capillary loop into supra-papillary layer epidermis followed by parakeratosis.Civatte's work has found many followers rarely referred at present. There are few modern investigations on recent interest pathology biochemistry centered (2). Most authors consider as seat disease (3).
