摘要: A circuit array for frequency translation by means of quadrature heterodyne signals has very low errors even at high frequencies and is monolithically integratable with little external circuitry. The includes a first mixer which receives portion an input signal, second the signal generator local oscillator supplies to mixers. control loop ensure 90° phase shift between signals. can be used in modulator transmitter or demodulator receiver.
