摘要: A sensitive, rapid and reproducible method has been developed based on high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detection (HPLC-ELSD) for the simultaneous of ten aminoglycoside antibiotics including apramycin, neomycin, amikacin, gentamicin. The influence parameters ELSD responses aminoglycosides was investigated in detail. target analytes were separated well a Hypersil BDS C18 column ion-pair chromatography. proposed applied to determination eight drugs various animal feeds. Calibration curves linear (r ≥ 0.997) within range 2.00–200 μg mL−1. recoveries from 5 types feeds ranged 61.2% 104.0% intra- inter-day relative standard deviations less than 15%. limits between 0.2 0.7 mg kg−1.
