摘要: Abstract Cyclohelminthols I–V ( 1 – 4 ) were isolated from Helminthosporium velutinum yone96. The positions of the carbons attached to chlorine atoms in 2 determined by signal splitting due isotopes high resolution fully proton decoupled 13 C NMR spectra. Although these natural products gave poor electron circular dichroism (ECD) spectrum because presence a single chromophore molecules, introduction extra chromophores enabled us obtain with potently split ECD couplings. Their chirality is discussed based on exciton coupling theory as well simulated spectra density functional molecular orbital calculations. cytotoxicity also described.
