摘要: Based on these data, we can conclude that although aldosterone antagonists are non-antiarrhythmic drugs, they have a significant preventive effect SCD. The available data focused particularly the patients with low ejection fraction and congestive heart failure. New studies needed to expand indications use prevent Potential mechanisms by which drugs SCD include prevention of aldosterone-induced cardiac arterial fibrosis, improvement in compliance, reduction adverse effects remodelling, endothelial function NO activity, autonomic nervous system via sympathetic tonus, HRV baroreflex sensitivity, an increase myocardial norepinephrine uptake By decreasing urinary excretion potassium magnesium, also aid protecting against life-threatening ventricular arryhthmias.
