Femtosecond optical parametric oscillator in the mid-infrared and the dynamics of holes in GaAs

摘要: We report results on ultrafast dynamics of holes in GaAs measured using well synchronized femtosecond pulses at near-infrared and mid-infrared wavelengths which are available from a recently developed broadly tunable optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser.
