Nuclear magnetic resonance studies of several experimental and human malignant tumors

摘要: Summary Several animal and human malignant tumors were examined by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry. When compared with normal tissue, the spin-lattice ( T 1 ) relaxation times longer for all except one sample. Comparable results obtained measurements of cultured tumor cells. Possible mechanisms this effect are reviewed briefly its potential in cancer diagnosis is discussed.
