摘要: Abstract Optoelectronic devices based upon poly[2-methoxy-5-(2-ethylhexyloxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene](MEH-PPV)-single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) nanocomposites have been fabricated and characterized. SWCNTs were synthesized by the laser ablation method, organic thin films produced spin-coating cluster beam deposition (CBD) methods. The hole-only-type with structure of ITO-coated glass/PEDOT:PSS/nanocomposite/Au demonstrate that transport characteristics are improved due to efficient hole injection percolative conduction in range 0–1.0 SWCNT wt. % relative MEH-PPV. Studies luminescence device for double-layer-type glass/PEDOT:PSS/nanocomposite/(DCM-doped)Alq3/Li:Al exhibit incorporation into MEH-PPV DCM Alq 3 enhances performance, respectively
