摘要: Foot ulceration affects 15 to 20% of people with diabetes. It is a major precursor amputation in this patient group, and early appropriate treatment provides the greatest opportunity for healing. The use silver its antimicrobial properties has re-emerged, modern wound dressings that release sustained amount free ions, are now widely used management.   The objective review evaluate effects silver-containing topical agents on infection rates healing diabetes related foot ulcers.
