摘要: Abstract In a crisis it is highly unlikely that problems will be solved at single stroke or by ad-hoc action. Despite the urgency of situation demands planning and coordination. For those who have had responsible positions during corporate crisis, this includes not only top management but also non-executive directors, banks, consultants receivers, emphasize three-dimensional problem. It must address: • ☆strategic operating problems; ☆the political problem how to implement deicisions among often conflicting interested parties; organizational structure necessary overcome crisis. The author offers framework for management. Among questions demanding answers: (1) What are main reasons failure management? (2) How can identified before too late? (3) strategies suitable overcoming crisis? (4) should organize itself (5) functions assume leading role (6) does turn into successful innovation?
