摘要: Abstract Knowledge regarding the specific brain changes and neural plasticity processes produced by repeated drug exposure may be used to advance understanding of neurobiology addiction in order design appropriate medications. In present study, influence N-methyl- d -aspartate (NMDA) glutamatergic receptors on sensitization motor rewarding effects morphine was evaluated. The pre-exposure saline or 20 mg/kg plus NMDA receptor antagonist memantine (10 20 mg/kg) activity place conditioning induced a low dose (2 mg/kg) were assessed. 2 mg/kg ineffective mice pre-exposed but clear conditioned preference (CPP) those morphine. Conversely, animals did not acquire CPP. Only presented an increased response 2 mg/kg. Our results demonstrate that are implicated development
