摘要: The clinicopathologic, immunocytochemical, and ultrastructural features of 15 small-cell undifferentiated carcinomas (SCUC) the uterine cervix are reported. Patients ranged in age from 25 to 87 (median, 42 years) presented as stages IB (nine patients), IIA (one patient), IIB (two IIIB IV patient). A variety treatment regimens were employed. Ten patients died disease (3-71 months; median, 11 months), one patient has a suspicious lung nodule 10 months after diagnosis, is comatose with brain metastases 4 three alive well 5, 11, 78 diagnosis. Histologically cytologically, tumors identical pulmonary carcinoma. Six associated other forms carcinoma, situ or invasive both, including epidermoid carcinoma cases), adenocarcinoma case), (three cases). All 13 expressed more epithelial markers at least neuroendocrine marker. Electron microscopy demonstrated dense-core granules six seven tumors, dendrite-like processes filament bundles four intracytoplasmic lumina tumor. Small-cell an aggressive tumor propensity for rapid metastasis high mortality. These may demonstrate multidirectional differentiation, frequent expression features.
