摘要: Drug discovery is one of the most challenging applied sciences due to complexity disease biology and requirement simultaneously optimize compound potency, selectivity, pharmacokinetics, physical properties, safety in order deliver an effective therapeutic agent. Recent technological advances hold great promise reducing some these challenges delivering new modalities that complement traditional small-molecule drugs biological agents.
