摘要: The present invention is directed to a process for rendering normally hydrophobic polyolefinic open celled microporous film relatively permanently hydrophilic, improving the water flow rate therethrough, and reducing electrical resistance thereof by chemically fixing controlled amount of at least one hydrophilic organic hydrocarbon monomer surface micropores with ionizing radiation. which fixed avoid plugging pores subsequent radiation treatment.
