摘要: Abstract To simulate the impact of space debris, Ti 50 Ni alloy is impacted at 1.2 km s −1 using a powder gun. Phase transformation, microstructure and mechanical properties in induced by are investigated. The results show that phase transformation temperature shifts to lower alloy. Variants lose their self-accommodated morphology, martensite plates widen, variants interfaces migrate bend under force, many dislocations exist plates. microhardness reduces shape recovery ratio enhances gradually with increase distance from crate. This attributed plastic deformation working hardening caused high-velocity impact.
