摘要: Understanding that attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) had a neural basis was first based on association of neurological conditions with behavioral manifestations the disorder. Since those early observations, ADHD diagnosis continues to be made clinical symptoms, although psychological and biological mechanisms underlying have been better elucidated. Recent advances in neuroscience coupled genetic, environmental, psychopharmacology studies shed light Structural, functional, connectivity imaging brain show distinct differences ADHD. Neurotransmitter systems are also affected by targeted treatment.
