摘要: A case of multifocal nodular oncocytic hyperplasia (MNOH) the bilateral parotid gland is presented. An 80-year-old woman was admitted to hospital because painless swellings in regions. Histologically, lesion had incomplete capsules and engulfed surrounding at periphery. The lesions were mostly composed clear cells, while peripheries typical cells with abundant fine granules. histological existence cell component led misdiagnoses other neoplasms. However, this multiple nodules glands. No evidence malignant findings found. Moreover, as well demonstrated have mitochondria glycogen their cytoplasm using special staining. Based on these findings, diagnosis MNOH gland. We also discuss differential for lesions.
