Neutrophils primary cellular infection relatively recent transcriptome have changed our fundamental understanding this process. Studies genomes transcriptomes provided unprecedented information about epidemics, evolution, pathogenesis. Such will be important for efforts develop new vaccines therapeutics designed prevent treat infections.
