Communication between nurses and nurse managers: a case study from an NHS Trust

摘要: The role of effective communication in promoting organizational efficiency and effectiveness is being increasingly recognized. This paper proposes a audit methodology as useful means examining the quality between nurses their managers. Utilizing case study methodology, results from an exploratory are presented discussed. These data suggest that significant problems this field currently exist. general applicability findings throughout NHS considered, proposals on how relationships could be improved examined.
