摘要: Background and Objectives: The rapid spread of invasive Spartina alterniflora Loisel. in the mangrove ecosystems China was reduced using Sonneratia apetala Buch.-Ham. as an ecological replacement. Here, we studied effects invasion replacement S. on soil organic carbon fractions stock Qi’ao Island. Materials Methods: Seven sites, including unvegetated mudflat alterniflora, rehabilitated mangroves with different ages (one, six, 10 years) mature native Kandelia obovata Sheue, Liu, Yong areas were selected this study. Samples top 50 cm collected then carbon, total (TOC), particulate (POC), water dissolved (DOC) microbial biomass (MBC), measured calculated. Results: growth significantly increased TOC, POC, MBC levels when compared to mudflat. had highest DOC contents at 0–10 20–30 one-year restored content. both higher pools than Conclusions: young forests lower TOC POC K. These results indicate that methods can enhance long term storage Spartina-invaded species are recommended.
