摘要: Drug or gene delivery based on nanostructure is promising for treatments of cancers to solve a variety issues associated with traditional therapeutic agents from poor bioavailability systemic toxicity. For real-time monitoring the process, imaging-guided therapy has attracted growing interest in biomedical applications. Luminescent nanostructures serve as an essential tool illuminating pathway drug systems. Considering their crucial role medical applications, we summarize recent progress luminescent drug- gene-delivery nanocarriers simultaneous imaging tracking. We also discuss design principles and critical faced by multifunctional engineering, which might provide guidance further development this field.
