摘要: During the past decade pesticidal bacterium Bacillus thuringiensis has been subject of intensive research. These efforts have yielded considerable data about complex relationships between structure, mechanism action, and genetics organism’s crystal proteins, a coherent picture these is beginning to emerge. Other studies focused on ecological role B. their performance in agricultural other natural settings, evolution resistance mechanisms target pests. Armed with this knowledge base tools modern biotechnology, researchers are now reporting promising results engineering more-useful toxins formulations, creating transgenic plants that express activity, constructing integrated management strategies insure products utilized maximum efficiency benefit.
