摘要: Metamorphosis of Rana pipiens tadpoles may be retarded when the light phase light/dark (LD) cycle is shortened or thyroxine (T4) given in dark because melatonin peaks during dark. Injection premetamorphic spontaneous metamorphosis with (15 μg) tail growth and hindlimb development on 18L:6D but had no significant effect 6L:18D. During induced (30 μg/liter T4), injections resorption accelerated it 6L:18D, did not affect hindlimb. When was injected T4 immersion at different times photophase (L onset 0800 hr), regression by 1430 2030 hr. At 0830 hr, shrinkage length whereas height affected. Tail tips vitro to resorb 0.2 μg/ml Niu-Twitty solution regressed more slowly presence (10 15 μg/ml) than alone both 6L:18D 18L:6D. The findings implicate LD effects tadpole metamorphic rate vivo, show importance time injections, indicate that antagonizes action tissue level.
