摘要: This chapter provides a non-technical review of the regulations pertaining to GM crops in US, detailed overview science-based regulatory framework that exists regulate biotechnology and, hence, genetically modified crops. The USA utilizes three-pronged approach differentiates between safety threats agriculture (crops), food and environment. We discuss development frameworks rDNA (biotechnology) derived also provide present day these frameworks.
