摘要: Our research examines risk compensation by gender and race using occupation, gender, specific fatal nonfatal injury rates a data set sufficiently large to produce accurate estimates across fairly narrow groups. The provide strong evidence that men earn compensating differentials for both women risk. Female wage premiums exceed male factor of more than three. Nonfatal is widespread among the various demographic groups although largest white women. Fatal isolated with only Hispanic males earning significantly higher pay greater amounts
