摘要: Women living with HIV (WLWH) are at increased risk of persistent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, cervical dysplasia and cancer compared women from the general population (WGP). We assessed prevalence distribution high-risk (hr) HPV infection cytological abnormalities in WLWH WGP Denmark. Predictors were estimated WLWH. consecutively enrolled Study on HIV, Abnormalities infections Denmark (SHADE) 2011 examined for abnormalities. matched age prior findings an earlier study. demographics retrieved nationwide Danish Cohort Study. Logistic regression was used to estimate predictors hrHPV Of 334 included 26.4 % positive as opposed 16.6 % (p  1 h genotype present) (38.5 % versus 25.7 %, p = 0.030).
