摘要: Abstract Mesoporous titania was prepared using a sol-gel method with synthetic (Pluronic P123) and natural (Gum Arabic) templating agent. The precursor used titanium methoxide, the aims of this study were to compare effects template on physical-chemical properties product, elucidate effect surfactants pore size, specific surface area overall structure mesoporous material. synthesized materials characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen sorption at 77 K, Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy (DRS) Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) techniques. From XRD analysis, all samples showed phases anatase rutile, while DRS measurements revealed decrease in band gap for P123, Gum Arabic also gap, when compared bulk titania. Moreover, BET P123 65.34 m2/g that 41.75 m2/g.
