摘要: Usually known as jenipapo, Genipa americana L. is a Rubiaceae Brazilian native species. It an important species in the restoration of riparian forests and one most promising fruit trees for sustainable harvesting programs. In this study we provide first data on genetic diversity structure Jenipapo Germplasm Bank using inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. We evaluated 160 accessions from wild populations, generated 12 ISSR primers were used to determine variability via model-based Bayesian procedure (Structure) molecular variance analysis. addition, Shannon index, Jaccard coefficients estimated. A total used, which 123 polymorphic fragments. Four groups formed analysis fragments, CR1-2 genotype was isolated, being more divergent than other genotypes.
