Accurate Analysis of Microstrip Lines on Lossy Biaxial Anisotropic Substrates

摘要: We have studied the behavior of microstrip lines on lossy biaxial anisotropic dielectric substrates. A spectral-domain moment method is used with Galerkin testing procedure to determine dispersion characteristics single and coupled lines. Modes both even odd symmetries are included. It found that anisotropy substrate has a significant influence propagation characteristics. The theory verified by comparison previously published data.
