摘要: Using a set of approaches based on the use molecular cytogenetic markers (DAPI/C-banding, estimation total area DAPI-positive regions in prophase nuclei, FISH with 26S and 5S rDNA probes) microsatellite (SSR-PCR) assay, we studied genomic polymorphism 15 flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) varieties from different geographic belonging to three directions selection (oil, fiber, intermediate flax) k-37 × Viking hybrid. All individual chromosomes have been identified karyotypes these basis patterns differential DAPI/C-banding distribution rDNA, idiograms generated. Unlike oil varieties, fiber have, as rule, pericentromeric telomeric bands smaller size, but contain larger intercalary regions. Two chromosome rearrangements (chromosome 3 inversions) were detected variety Luna In both forms, no colocalization satellite was detected. The SSR assay 20 polymorphic pairs primers revealed 22 loci. Based data, analyzed genetic similarity forms constructed dendrogram. genotypes here form clusters. comprise an independent cluster. genetically related Vita Luna, well landrace Lipinska XIII type, proved be closer than remaining varieties. results analysis confirm their very close similarity. spite this, combined has opened up unique possibilities for describing creating passports.
