摘要: Growing evidence suggests that neonatal cerebral microhemorrhages (MHs) are implicated in neuropsychiatric diseases adults. Although animal studies have identified the progression of underlying mechanisms MHs, few investigated histopathology and behavioral outcomes. In this study, we created an experimental rat model MHs using a new device for repeated mild shaking brain injury (SBI) period examined temporal changes susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) iron histochemistry. SWI demonstrated transient gray matter cortex hippocampus injured rats. Iron histochemical staining leakage iron-positive cells surrounding MHs. This pattern lasted long time continued after disappearance hemorrhagic signals on SWI. These data suggested presence iron-associated open field test, these rats showed anxiety-related behavior as may be useful exploring occur outcomes SBI early development.
